Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver standout service and sales results
• Coach and motivate team members to drive performance and professional growth
• Drive consumer engagement by building product knowledge and upholding brand standards
• Manage operational excellence, including merchandising execution and inventory controls
• Oversee loss prevention practices and ensure adherence to company policies
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff scheduling to meet business needs
• Step in to lead the store and guide the team in the absence of the Store Manager

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail store management experience
• Flexible availability to support varying business needs
• Strong communication skills to build trust with teams and customers
• Proven experience in coaching and developing staff members
• Ability to manage priorities effectively during busy retail periods
• Reliable follow-through on commitments and deadlines
