Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor and deliver a top-notch customer experience that represents the brand's minimalist and sensual point of view
• Act as a Key Holder and Leader on Duty, overseeing opening/closing procedures and managing day-to-day store operations
• Support the Store Manager in driving performance, coaching associates, and maintaining a motivated team environment
• Execute visual merchandising standards by processing, restocking, and remerchandising the sales floor
• Drive daily sales goals and execute business strategies to contribute to the overall success of the store

Requirements

• Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role with key holder responsibilities
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage challenges and resolve issues proactively
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
• Ability to carry up to 20 pounds
