Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized styling and client engagement
• Support sales growth by achieving daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
• Assist in developing and executing action plans to drive profitability
• Build lasting customer relationships through active clienteling and outreach
• Help recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop store team members
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation align with brand standards
• Assist with inventory management, shipment processing, and stock organization
• Support cash handling, store records, and operational compliance
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, retail supervisor, or similar leadership role
• Passion for fashion and customer service
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees
• Experience analyzing sales performance and key business metrics
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• 2–3 years of retail leadership experience
