About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support and uphold brand standards and core values
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized sales and client engagement
  • Assist in tracking daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and sales goals
  • Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and development of store employees
  • Assist with merchandising, visual presentation, and inventory management
  • Supervise key carriers and part-time sales associates while serving as Manager on Duty
  • Support employee coaching and performance management

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a retail supervisor, Assistant Store Manager, or similar leadership role
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience coaching, training, and developing employees
  • Ability to analyze sales data and KPI performance
  • Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2–3 years of retail leadership experience
