About the role
Responsibilities
- Support and uphold brand standards and core values
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized sales and client engagement
- Assist in tracking daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and sales goals
- Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and development of store employees
- Assist with merchandising, visual presentation, and inventory management
- Supervise key carriers and part-time sales associates while serving as Manager on Duty
- Support employee coaching and performance management
Requirements
- Previous experience as a retail supervisor, Assistant Store Manager, or similar leadership role
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience coaching, training, and developing employees
- Ability to analyze sales data and KPI performance
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2–3 years of retail leadership experience
