Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in maintaining a high-quality store appearance and visual merchandising standards
• Lead and inspire the team through positive leadership to support continuous professional development
• Communicate sales goals to the team and drive successful sales results
• Manage daily routines including staff scheduling and merchandise management
• Ensure long-term priorities are understood and executed by the team to create an excellent customer experience

Requirements

• Minimum MBO working and thinking level (retail diploma is a plus)
• 1-2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or events
• Strong commercial insight and a customer-oriented mindset
• Fluency in the Dutch language
• Flexible availability (available 4 to 5 days per week)
• Social, optimistic, and strong communication skills
