Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and team management
• Ensure excellent customer service and guidance throughout the sales floor
• Drive sales results by monitoring and analyzing KPIs and providing feedback
• Assist with marketing initiatives and visual merchandising standards
• Manage team training, motivation, and performance monitoring
• Execute daily floor priorities and maintain deep product knowledge to drive sales

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an Assistant Manager role within the retail or fashion sector
• Proven ability to work effectively in high-volume environments
• Strong orientation toward customer satisfaction and team leadership
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
• Availability for 1-2 months of national training (may require travel)
• Mobility to work in various locations within the Community of Madrid
• Degree in Commerce, Marketing, or Business Administration is preferred
• High level of English is a plus
