Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash desks
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term loyalty
• Implement commercial policies and merchandising recommendations
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team through a coaching-based approach
• Manage staff schedules and optimize human resources
• Analyze commercial KPIs and propose actionable improvement plans
• Oversee stock flows, including receiving, storage, and replenishment
• Ensure compliance with security, safety, and financial transaction procedures
• Provide managerial continuity in the absence of the Store Manager

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales and team management within the textile or specialized distribution sector
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire a team
• Expertise in customer relationship management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Proficiency in office tools, internal management software, and performance indicators
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational and priority-setting skills
• Passion for fashion and ready-to-wear
