Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage department employees, ensuring smooth daily operations including staff scheduling and stock management
• Act as a motivating role model in sales and active daily business
• Ensure all agreements, tasks, and priorities are met while maintaining a clear overview of operations
• Take responsibility for implementing and maintaining visual merchandising guidelines to ensure a high-quality customer experience
• Support the development of team members by providing regular feedback and coordinating closely with the Store Manager

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally within the fashion retail sector
• Several years of professional experience in textile retail
• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Deputy Team Leader, or Department/Floor Manager
• Strong organizational talent and a high level of customer orientation
• Confident demeanor with excellent communication and motivational skills
