Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash desks
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term loyalty
• Implement commercial policies and merchandising recommendations
• Coach, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals
• Manage staff schedules and optimize human resources
• Analyze commercial KPIs and propose effective action plans
• Oversee stock flows, including receiving, storage, and replenishment
• Ensure compliance with security and safety procedures for staff and customers
• Provide managerial continuity in the absence of the Store Manager

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and team management within the textile or specialized retail sector
• Strong ability to coach, guide, and inspire team members
• Excellent customer relationship skills with a focus on building trust
• Dynamic leadership style with the ability to drive positive energy and team cohesion
• Proficiency in office tools, internal management software, and performance indicators
