Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving commercial goals
• Lead and inspire the team through positive leadership and continuous development support
• Ensure a high-quality store appearance through effective visual merchandising
• Manage daily routines including staff scheduling and merchandise management
• Communicate goals and priorities clearly to the team to ensure long-term success
• Maintain a customer-centric environment to provide an excellent shopping experience

Requirements

• A genuine love for fashion and a desire to connect with customers
• MBO working and thinking level or higher (retail diploma is a plus)
• 1-2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or events
• Strong commercial insight and a service-oriented mindset
• Fluency in the Dutch language
• Availability to work 4 to 5 days per week
• Strong communication skills and a social, optimistic attitude
