Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire a diverse team to achieve store results and development goals
• Act as the right hand to the Store Manager, ensuring a high-quality customer experience
• Maintain a sharp and professional store appearance and daily structure
• Lead the team and manage operations in the absence of the Store Manager
• Keep the team updated on objectives and work together to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Fluency in the Dutch language
• Commercial mindset with a strong focus on customer service and experience
• Previous leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or the events industry
• MBO work and thinking level
• Energetic, social, and able to switch tasks easily
