About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead your department team and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management
- Act as a motivating role model in sales and daily business activities
- Ensure that tasks, priorities, and agreements are met while maintaining a clear overview of operations
- Take responsibility for implementing and maintaining visual merchandising guidelines
- Support the development of team members by providing feedback and coordinating closely with the Store Manager
Requirements
- Completed commercial training, ideally within fashion retail
- Several years of professional experience in textile retail
- Previous experience as a Team Leader, Deputy Team Leader, or Department/Floor Manager
- Strong organizational talent and a high level of customer orientation
- Confident demeanor with excellent communication and motivational skills
