Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead your department team and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management
• Act as a motivating role model in sales and daily business activities
• Ensure that tasks, priorities, and agreements are met while maintaining a clear overview of operations
• Take responsibility for implementing and maintaining visual merchandising guidelines
• Support the development of team members by providing feedback and coordinating closely with the Store Manager

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally within fashion retail
• Several years of professional experience in textile retail
• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Deputy Team Leader, or Department/Floor Manager
• Strong organizational talent and a high level of customer orientation
• Confident demeanor with excellent communication and motivational skills
