Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the department team, acting as a role model in daily sales activities
• Organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management
• Ensure all tasks, priorities, and agreements are met while maintaining a clear overview of operations
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines to ensure an optimal shopping experience
• Support the development of team members by providing regular feedback and coaching in coordination with the Store Manager

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally within the fashion retail sector
• Several years of professional experience in textile retail
• Proven experience in a leadership role, such as Team Leader, Deputy Team Leader, or Department Manager
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of customer orientation
• Confident communication skills with the ability to motivate others and inspire new ideas
