Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in coaching and inspiring a diverse team
• Act as the right hand to the Store Manager, ensuring a high-quality store appearance and customer experience
• Drive results by keeping the team updated on store objectives and performance goals
• Manage daily store operations and structure to ensure consistency
• Take full responsibility for store management in the absence of the Store Manager

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch
• Commercial mindset with a strong focus on service and customer experience
• Previous leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or the events industry
• MBO education level
• Energetic, social, and able to switch tasks easily
