Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your department team, ensuring smooth daily operations including staff scheduling and inventory management
• Act as a motivating role model in sales and active daily business operations
• Ensure all tasks, agreements, and priorities are met while maintaining a clear overview of department activities
• Take responsibility for implementing and maintaining Visual Merchandising guidelines to ensure an optimal customer experience
• Support the development of team members by providing regular feedback and acting as a key interface between the Store Manager and sales staff

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally within the fashion retail sector
• Several years of professional experience in textile retail
• Previous experience in a leadership role, such as Team Leader, Deputy Team Leader, or Department/Floor Manager
• Strong organizational talent and a high level of customer orientation
• Confident demeanor with excellent communication and motivational skills
