Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and team management
• Ensure high-quality customer service and guidance across the sales floor
• Drive sales results by monitoring and analyzing KPIs and optimizing sales opportunities
• Assist with Marketing and Visual Merchandising initiatives
• Manage, motivate, and train the store team to ensure continuous development
• Execute daily floor priorities and maintain deep knowledge of available products

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager in the retail or fashion sector
• Proven experience working in high-volume retail environments
• Strong orientation toward customer service and team leadership
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Availability to work in the Barcelona province
• Availability for 1-2 months of national training (may require travel to other cities)
• Higher education in Business, Marketing, or Commerce is preferred
• High level of English is a plus
