Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in maintaining a high-quality store appearance and visual merchandising standards
• Lead and inspire the team through positive leadership and continuous development support
• Communicate sales goals to the team and drive successful sales results
• Manage daily routines including staff scheduling and merchandise management
• Ensure optimal visual merchandising by viewing the store through the eyes of the customer
• Help the team understand and execute long-term priorities

Requirements

• A genuine love for fashion and a desire to connect with customers
• Minimum MBO working and thinking level (retail diploma is a plus)
• Strong commercial insight with a service-oriented mindset
• 1-2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or events
• Availability to work 4 to 5 days per week
• Fluency in the Dutch language
• Social, optimistic, and strong communication skills
