About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in maintaining a high-standard store appearance and visual merchandising
- Lead and inspire the team through positive leadership and continuous development support
- Communicate sales goals to the team and drive successful sales figures
- Manage daily routines including staff scheduling and merchandise management
- Ensure optimal visual merchandising by viewing the store through the eyes of the customer
- Execute long-term priorities to ensure consistent store performance
Requirements
- Minimum MBO level of education (retail diploma is a plus)
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or the events industry
- Fluent in Dutch
- Strong commercial insight and a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work 4 or 5 days per week
- Social, optimistic, and strong communication skills
