Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop sales associates to meet or exceed sales KPIs
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive category sales and implement sell-through strategies
• Foster a high-performing, customer-centric culture that delivers the Burberry Experience
• Manage customer flow and resolve complex concerns to maintain brand reputation
• Coach team members in real-time to reinforce successes and address development areas
• Support talent development through regular performance reviews and personalized development plans
• Oversee operational tasks including opening/closing procedures and transaction authorizations in the manager's absence
• Promote the digital customer experience using Apple mobile devices and other digital tools

Requirements

• 1-2 years of proven retail management experience
• Advanced proficiency with retail POS systems
• Strong conflict resolution skills for managing customer scenarios and complaints
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Apple mobile devices and digital tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven luxury environment
