Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to create action plans to achieve business results and growth
• Demonstrate product knowledge and selling skills to maximize sales and customer engagement
• Build brand loyalty by engaging with customers and using company tools to foster relationships
• Develop and mentor team members to ensure a high-quality customer experience
• Oversee assigned divisions of responsibility and maintain accountability for results
• Support store standards for merchandising, operations, and visual appeal
• Perform POS transactions and execute management functions in the absence of the Store Manager
• Model company values of respect, integrity, teamwork, and accountability

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Co-Manager or Assistant Manager in a similar volume apparel business
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations
• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume retail environment
• Strong leadership skills with an entrepreneurial spirit
