About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete customer journey, from initial greeting to final sale, including handling requests and complaints
- Oversee stock counting, control, delivery organization, and stockroom maintenance
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines and collaborate on shop floor organization and window displays
- Lead store operations and manage the team in the absence of the Store Manager
- Maintain constant communication with Headquarters to ensure brand alignment
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar retail management role
- Proven ability in customer journey management and team leadership
- Experience with stock control and inventory management
- Ability to implement visual merchandising standards
- Proficiency in English
