About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete customer journey, from initial greeting to final sale, including handling requests and complaints
  • Oversee stock counting, control, delivery organization, and stockroom maintenance
  • Implement visual merchandising guidelines and collaborate on shop floor organization and window displays
  • Lead store operations and manage the team in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Maintain constant communication with Headquarters to ensure brand alignment

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar retail management role
  • Proven ability in customer journey management and team leadership
  • Experience with stock control and inventory management
  • Ability to implement visual merchandising standards
  • Proficiency in English
