About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete customer journey, from initial welcome to final sale, including handling requests and complaints
- Oversee stock counting, control, delivery organization, and stockroom maintenance
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines and collaborate on shop floor organization and window displays
- Lead the store and sales team in the absence of the Store Manager
- Maintain constant communication with the Area Manager and Headquarters
- Act as a brand ambassador to build the BIMBA Y LOLA experience
Requirements
- Strong interest in the fashion industry
- Excellent professional presentation
- Proven teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to listen and adapt to customer needs
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar retail management position
- Fluency in English
