Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the store
• Monitor compliance and implementation of procedures according to company policy
• Monitor sales and actively participate in achieving store targets
• Ensure high level of customer service and build trust relationships
• Manage and coordinate daily store operations including orders, deliveries, and availability
• Supervise, guide, and inspire employees to maximize efficiency and performance
• Actively participate in maintaining the store's image and corporate identity

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in sales with proven ability to achieve targets
• Experience in human resources management
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Team player with a result-oriented mindset
• University degree (AEI/TEI) is an advantage
