About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations, including recruiting, training, and developing high-performance team members
  • Drive sales growth and meet performance metrics while maintaining accurate inventory levels
  • Ensure "WOW!" customer service by proactively resolving inquiries and maintaining a positive shopping environment
  • Manage store workflows and compliance with company standards in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Oversee financial aspects including P&L analysis and expense control to maximize profitability
  • Maintain operational efficiency through effective merchandising and a clean, organized store layout
  • Enforce safety protocols and risk management activities, including the use of personal protective equipment

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts
  • Proven leadership experience with strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Competence in managing and analyzing Profit and Loss (P&L) statements
  • Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise with attention to safety
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
  • Demonstrated integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification
