About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations and ensure efficient workflows in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Lead, recruit, train, and develop team members to maintain a high-performance environment
  • Drive sales growth and meet performance metrics while maintaining accurate inventory levels
  • Deliver "WOW!" customer service by proactively resolving inquiries and concerns
  • Manage financial aspects including P&L analysis and expense control to maximize profitability
  • Ensure operational efficiency through effective merchandising and maintaining a clean, organized store
  • Enforce safety protocols and risk management activities, including the use of personal protective equipment

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience with strong decision-making and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts
  • Ability to manage, analyze, and reconcile Profit and Loss (P&L) statements
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and deliver merchandise safely
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
  • Commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification
