About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations, including recruiting, training, and supervising staff to maintain a high-performance team.
  • Drive sales growth and meet performance metrics while maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Ensure "WOW!" customer service by proactively resolving inquiries and maintaining a clean, organized shopping environment.
  • Manage store processes and workflows in the absence of the Store Manager or Commercial Sales Manager.
  • Oversee financial aspects including P&L analysis, expense controls, and budget support to maximize profitability.
  • Enforce safety protocols and risk management activities, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
  • Proven leadership experience with strong communication and decision-making skills.
  • Competence in managing, analyzing, and reconciling Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.
  • Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise with attention to safety and precision.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English.
  • ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification.
