Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, including recruiting, training, and developing high-performance team members
• Drive sales growth and meet performance metrics while maintaining accurate inventory levels
• Ensure "WOW!" customer service by proactively resolving inquiries and maintaining a positive shopping environment
• Manage store workflows and compliance with company standards in the absence of the Store Manager
• Oversee financial aspects including P&L analysis, expense controls, and cash flow optimization
• Maintain operational efficiency through effective merchandising and store organization
• Enforce safety protocols and risk management activities, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts
• Proven leadership experience with strong decision-making and sales drive
• Competence in managing and analyzing Profit and Loss (P&L) statements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise safely and accurately
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Exceptional bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish)
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification
