Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in managing day-to-day store operations
- Lead, develop, and motivate the retail team to achieve high performance
- Contribute to strategies that optimize sales, customer experience, and store performance
- Educate team members and customers on product benefits and technical features
Requirements
- Previous people leadership experience in a customer-facing retail role
- Proven track record in sales and delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work a full-time roster from Tuesday to Sunday
- A genuine interest in physical health and wellbeing
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with footwear is advantageous
