About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in managing day-to-day store operations
- Lead, develop, and motivate the retail team to achieve high performance
- Contribute to strategies that optimize sales, customer experience, and store performance
- Educate customers and team members on product benefits and technical features
Requirements
- Previous people leadership experience in a customer-facing role
- Proven sales experience and ability to meet performance targets
- Strong customer service skills and ability to deliver exceptional experiences
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work a full-time Sunday through Thursday roster
- An active interest in physical health and wellbeing
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with footwear is advantageous
