Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in running day-to-day store operations
• Lead and develop a high-performing retail team
• Contribute to strategies that optimize sales and store performance
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and product education
• Maintain a high-performance culture focused on accountability and excellence

Requirements

• Previous people leadership experience in a customer-facing role
• Proven sales experience and ability to meet performance goals
• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• An active interest in physical health and wellbeing
• Availability to work a full-time Tuesday through Sunday roster
• Experience with footwear is advantageous but not essential
