About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in running day-to-day store operations
- Lead and develop a high-performing retail team
- Contribute to strategies that optimize sales and store performance
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and product education
- Maintain a high-performance culture focused on accountability and excellence
Requirements
- Previous people leadership experience in a customer-facing role
- Proven sales experience and ability to meet performance goals
- Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- An active interest in physical health and wellbeing
- Availability to work a full-time Tuesday through Sunday roster
- Experience with footwear is advantageous but not essential
