Responsibilities
- Support Store Managers in running day-to-day store operations
- Lead and develop the store team
- Contribute to strategy to optimize sales and customer experience
- Drive store performance and accountability
Requirements
- Previous people leadership experience in a customer-facing role
- Proven sales experience and ability to educate customers on products
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Self-starter with multitasking and teamwork skills
- Availability to work a full-time Tuesday - Sunday roster
- Interest in physical health and wellbeing
