About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in running day-to-day store operations
  • Lead and develop the retail team to drive high performance
  • Contribute to strategies that optimize sales and customer experience
  • Educate team members and customers on product benefits and performance goals

Requirements

  • Previous people leadership experience in a customer-facing role
  • Proven sales experience and ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • An active interest in physical health and wellbeing
  • Availability to work a full-time roster from Tuesday to Sunday
  • Experience with footwear is advantageous but not essential
