About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in managing day-to-day store operations
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the retail team to achieve high performance
  • Contribute to strategies that optimize sales, customer experience, and store performance
  • Educate team members and customers on product benefits and technical features

Requirements

  • Previous people leadership experience in a customer-facing retail role
  • Proven sales experience and ability to drive performance
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work a full-time roster from Tuesday to Sunday
  • An active interest in physical health and wellbeing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with footwear is advantageous
