Since 2013, Article has been making it easy to create beautiful spaces with online direct-to-consumer modern furniture. We are now expanding from digital-first to a true omni-channel experience by opening physical retail stores across the US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Help bring Article’s Customer Experience Model to life by creating meaningful customer interactions
• Deliver personalized design support to clients
• Lead a hospitality-driven showroom experience that inspires connection, trust, and long-term loyalty
• Establish customer experience standards, hospitality-driven culture, and clienteling practices for the new Bellevue location
• Coach the associate team to consistently execute the Customer Experience Model
• Drive customer loyalty and build a lasting customer base for the new showroom

Requirements

• Experience in retail leadership and coaching
• Ability to deliver design expertise and personalized client support
• Experience in new store openings or establishing service standards
• Valid passport for required travel within the US and Canada
