Assistant Store Manager Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Act as a co-leader for the store team, embodying Kiabi's values and fostering a positive social climate
• Support the management team in ensuring high-performance and agile organizational standards
• Drive commercial strategy and implement retail policies to ensure a premium shopping experience for customers
• Monitor commercial indicators to develop the team's economic culture and performance
• Learn to manage a profit center by mastering operating accounts and controlling various cost lines

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bac +4/5 degree program
• Proven leadership potential and a desire to develop managerial skills
• Strong customer service talent and a passion for the fashion industry
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with digital and IT tools
• Mandatory mobility between Cholet (1st year) and Angers (2nd year)
