Assistant Store Manager Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Co-lead the store team while being mentored by the management team
• Embody Kiabi values and maintain a positive social climate
• Manage team performance and foster autonomy and talent development
• Implement commercial strategies and ensure a high-quality shopping experience
• Monitor commercial indicators to drive performance and profitability
• Learn to manage the profit center and control operating costs

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bac +4/5 apprenticeship program
• Strong leadership potential and desire to develop managerial skills
• Passion for fashion and customer relations
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficiency in digital and IT tools
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and autonomous environment
