Assistant Store Manager Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Co-lead the store team as a right hand to the management team
• Embody Kiabi values and maintain a positive social climate
• Manage and develop team talents through empowerment and autonomy
• Implement commercial strategies and ensure a high-quality shopping experience
• Monitor commercial indicators to drive performance
• Learn to manage the profit and loss account and control operating costs

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac +4/5 degree (Master's level)
• Seeking an apprenticeship (alternance)
• Strong leadership potential and desire to develop managerial skills
• Passion for fashion and customer relations
• Excellent organizational skills and digital tool proficiency
• Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills
