Responsibilities
- Engage clients with exceptional service to build the APM brand
- Foster strong relationships with in-store clients
- Support Store-in-Charge in sales and operation management
- Perform KPI analysis and rostering
- Manage visual merchandising and CRM
- Oversee team management
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury or fashion retail
- Minimum of 2 years in a managerial position
- Proven track record of outstanding sales performance and CRM
- Fluency in English
- Arabic or other languages is a plus
- Approachable and customer-service oriented personality
