Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Turn great customer service into sales by bringing brand initiatives to life
• Coach, train, and support the team with real-time feedback
• Lead with integrity by following and reinforcing all loss prevention policies
• Maintain flawless store appearance through visual merchandising and marketing displays
• Build a fun, fashion-forward team culture
• Support daily operations, including stock and behind-the-scenes logistics
• Act as the primary leader in the absence of the Store Manager

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of hands-on management experience in retail or service
• Deep interest in fashion
• Natural leadership abilities and a growth mindset
• Strong customer-first energy and ability to connect with people
• Availability to work day, night, and weekend shifts
• Ability to stay on your feet and lift up to 35 lbs.
