Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and exceed targets by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a seamless customer experience
• Coach, train, and develop the retail team to maintain strong and consistent performance
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed, including loss prevention, payments, and returns
• Manage team scheduling to ensure efficient store operations
• Maintain high standards for visual merchandising and store presentation
• Support daily operations, including stocking, replenishment, and back-of-house tasks
• Build an engaged, inclusive team culture focused on accountability and collaboration

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of hands-on management experience in retail or service
• A deep interest in fashion and current trends
• Natural leadership abilities with a growth mindset and customer-first energy
• Availability to work day, night, and weekend shifts
• Ability to stay on your feet and lift up to 35 lbs during busy shifts
