Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all areas of running a multi-million-dollar business
• Train and coach team members to develop the next generation of leaders
• Maintain high standards of store safety, cleanliness, and merchandising
• Manage stock levels, monitor inventory, and minimize losses
• Work alongside the team on registers, shelf filling, and special buys
• Step up to run the store operations while the Store Manager is on leave

Requirements

• Proven experience leading teams, preferably in a customer-facing environment
• Strong communication skills to inspire teammates and delight customers
• Ability to motivate, train, and encourage team performance
• A professional, responsible, and independent approach to work
• Ability to oversee the execution of company policies and procedures
