Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Exceed personal and store sales goals while facilitating sales skill development among team members
• Devise and implement sales strategies to optimize revenue and ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Capture and manage client information comprehensively via CRM systems
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, visual merchandising, and stockroom organization
• Oversee operational tasks including opening/closing procedures and inventory security
• Assist the Store Manager in coaching, mentoring, and recruiting new employees

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail management experience, ideally in an Assistant Manager role
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on driving sales and hitting KPIs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
• Ability to lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 40 pounds
• Positive, high-energy personality with a willingness to engage customers
