Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Exceed personal and store sales goals while facilitating the development of sales skills among team members
• Devise and implement sales strategies to optimize revenue and uphold key performance indicators
• Capture and manage client information comprehensively to build customer relationships
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, visual merchandising, and inventory security
• Assist the Store Manager in coaching, mentoring, and recruiting new employees
• Oversee operational tasks including opening/closing procedures and inventory management

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail management experience, ideally in an Assistant Manager role
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on sales and customer engagement
• Proficiency in retail POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 40 pounds and use ladders or stairs
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor employees in a collaborative environment
