Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal and store sales goals while fostering sales skill development among team members
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance revenue and customer experience
• Manage client information collection, including contact details for CRM purposes
• Resolve customer concerns promptly through strong problem-solving skills
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and visual merchandising to create an inviting environment
• Oversee operational tasks including opening/closing procedures and inventory management
• Utilize POS, CRM, and inventory management tools to ensure smooth operations
• Implement loss prevention measures and adhere to all company operational policies

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail management experience, ideally in an Assistant Manager role
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on driving sales
• Positive, high-energy, and engaging personality with a willingness to initiate customer interactions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with retail POS systems, Microsoft Office, and email
• Ability to lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 40 pounds and comfort using ladders or stairs
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor employees in a collaborative environment
