Assistant Store Leader

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including shipment handling, stockroom organization, and inventory management.
• Manage in-store replenishment, size integrity, and damages to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Train store associates on operational standards, visual merchandising, and product knowledge.
• Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and implement sales strategies.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and update product displays for new launches and promotions.

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of associates.
• Excellent organizational skills in inventory management, cash handling, and scheduling.
• Ability to stand for full shifts and lift/move items up to 40 pounds regularly.
