About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee product flow from shipment to merchandising on the sales floor
  • Manage back of house operations and inventory integrity
  • Lead the in-store customer journey and provide team direction
  • Plan weekly and monthly product launches and assortment adjustments
  • Maintain store presentation standards and execute training
  • Oversee supply procurement, in-store technology, and facility maintenance
  • Manage store expenses and physical upkeep

Requirements

  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Proven track record of hiring and developing store teams
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to move regularly around all areas of the store
