Assistant Store Leader

Responsibilities

• Foster a space where team members are continuously developed and work effectively together to meet company goals
• Assess key financial indicators to identify business strengths and opportunities
• Lead the in-store customer journey and provide direction and feedback to the team
• Manage the full talent acquisition process including sourcing, interviewing, and executing offers
• Create staff schedules while managing payroll budgets and financial trends
• Execute in-store hospitality initiatives and manage the styling program

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Proven track record of hiring, leading, and developing store teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
