Responsibilities
- Foster a space where team members are continuously developed and work effectively together to meet company goals
- Assess key financial indicators to identify business strengths and opportunities
- Lead the in-store customer journey and provide direction and feedback to the team
- Manage the full talent acquisition process including sourcing, interviewing, and executing offers
- Create staff schedules while managing payroll budgets and financial trends
- Execute in-store hospitality initiatives and manage the styling program
Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Proven track record of hiring, leading, and developing store teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
