Assistant Store Leader

Responsibilities

• Act as a key decision-maker in the absence of the Store Leader
• Drive a culture of continuous learning through coaching and 1:1s
• Lead the in-store customer journey and service model
• Plan new launches and manage monthly product flow and assortment adjustments
• Execute and maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Drive inventory integrity and oversee replenishment processes
• Manage store expenses and facility maintenance

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Visual merchandising experience with an eye for detail
• Proven track record of hiring and developing store teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
