Assistant Store Director

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Director to lead the flagship store, delivering exceptional performance across sales, service, and operations
• Set the tone on the shop floor, creating an environment where every client journey feels personal, seamless, and memorable
• Coach and develop team members in real time, building capability and confidence to elevate both individual and collective performance
• Take ownership of key commercial areas, using insight and analysis to identify opportunities and drive results
• Strengthen client relationships and support the growth of clienteling across the team to build long-term loyalty
• Ensure operational excellence at scale, maintaining the highest standards across stock, compliance, and store presentation

Requirements

• Strong leadership experience within retail, ideally in luxury or premium environments
• Proven ability to develop, motivate, and inspire diverse teams to achieve outstanding results
• Deep understanding of client experience with a passion for delivering personalised service
• Commercially astute with confidence in analysing performance and shaping action plans
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership in a fast-paced flagship setting
