Responsibilities
- Execute specification tracking and conversion to meet business development goals
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, developers, contractors, key accounts, and government bodies
- Ensure compliance with specifications and tenders in projects
- Promote solutions through technical presentations, site visits, and training programs
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to support project execution
- Maintain detailed reports on specifications, conversions, and engagement activities
- Act as a pilot for new innovations and product launches to drive market rollout
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for all products
- Maintain a healthy project pipeline and execute key influencer activities
- Focus on specialized premium products and collaborate with MYK Arment for group specifications
Requirements
